Washing Tips

  1. Separation Of Garments

Fabrics should be separated before wash because quality varies depending on the material (example: cotton, wool, silk, polyester, mixtures of cotton and polyester, etc.)

Silk: it is the most delicate type of fabric; wash it with soft detergents such as Irex Advance Flores or with liquid detergents.

Cotton: this type of fabric retains more stains and filth; wash it with detergents such as Irex Advance Limón and use bleach to obtain greater whiteness.

Polyester: it is a synthetic material, opposite to cotton, easily washed. We recommend Irex Advanced Clásico.

Wool: this material is similar to cotton, the only difference is that its fiber is more resistant and suffers less when being washed. Use a strong detergent such as Fort3.

Based on the tips above mentioned, do not forget to separate your clothes by type of fabric; this will help you avoid degradation and mistreatment of the most delicate pieces.

Remember to separate white clothes from color clothes, silk clothes from the rest of the fabrics, and cotton from polyester, because some garments will not be well washed with little detergent, whereas some others will deteriorate if lots of detergent is used.
