“IREX ADVANCE MILLONAIRE PROMOTION”

This promotion belongs to and is sponsored by IREX DE COSTA RICA CORP., that will be referred to as the SPONSOR, under the name of IREX ADVANCE Detergent produced or distributed by THE SPONSOR, pursuant to the provisions set forth by the Competition Promotion Law and the Effective Consumer´s Defense Law that set up the guidelines for the “IREX ADVANCE MILLONAIRE CONTEST” contest, that will be referred to as “The contest”. For all purposes, the parties will abide by what was set forth in the aforementioned Law and in strict compliance with the clauses stipulated on the current Rules.

No other trademark or presentation of the sponsor company other than the ones to be mentioned further on will be participating.

The contest is EXCLUSIVELY for end consumers of IREX ADVANCE in the presentations to be mentioned.

1.PROMOTION AND PARTICIPANTS

• This is a time limited promotion, starting on October, 15th, 2007 at 6:00 and ending on Tuesday December 18th, 2007 at 23:59.
• In order to participate, it is essential to be as of age, to have a valid ID for Costa Ricans, and a passport or residency ID for foreigners. Participants gathering the requirements established on these rules will be able to participate in the raffle in order to have the possibility of winning the prizes to be mentioned further on and that are detailed on these rules, as long as the participants are credited as winners after the raffles.

2.WHAT DOES THE CONTEST CONSIST OF:

Those interested in participating must buy any of the following: IREX ADVANCE Clásico Detergent  of 500, 1000 and 1500 grams IREX ADVANCE Limón of 500, 1000 and 1500 grams, IREX ADVANCE Flores of  500, 1000 and 1500 grams, IREX ADVANCE UV of 500, 1000 and 1500 grams. In addition, they must gather the statutory requirements as it will be indicated.

During the promotion period, the different packages of IREX ADVANCE detergent will show a sticker with a special code, different from the barcode.

In order to participate in the promotion the buyer must activate the code by calling 905-300 3000 and follow the prompts. In order to participate, the buyer must follow these instructions.

Participants will be able to activate unlimited codes, as long as they purchase the product, they are end consumers and abide by these rules. However, one person will not be able to win more than one prize.

3.THE PRIZE:

This promotion offers ONE MILLON COLONES WEEKLY during eight consecutive weeks and a final prize of FIVE MILLION COLONES.

Winners must adhere to the prizes ´conditions and limitations indicated on these rules in order to be considered as such.

In case of proven unforeseen circumstances or acts of God, the sponsor company will be able to change the characteristics or specifications of the prize offered in this contest without being held liable.

Prizes should be claimed at the IREX offices, located in Curridabat, 50 meters East of the BMW dealership and 100 meters North, within five business days as of the day the winner is notified by THE SPONSOR. If no claim is done within the established deadline or if it is rejected, the sponsor company will be able to freely decide how to proceed with the prize.

Prizes must be collected ONLY by the benefited person, who will have to produce a valid ID, as well as the packing with the sticker on it and in good shape.

The prize will be delivered by check or a similar document, although a model check could be used for advertising purposes.

Requirements for the winners:

• They must be as of age
• Winners must appear in IREX premises or at the indicated place, at the time and date given by the company with an ID, foreigner winners must produce a passport or residency ID (in both cases the document has to be recognized by the Government of the Costa Rican Republic), with the original packing with the sticker and the winner code. In order to award the prize both, the ID and the packing, must be in good shape and clean. The sponsor will be able to change the place, time and date in case of unforeseen events or acts of God, upon prior notice.
• Winners grant THE SPONSOR of this promotion the capability to use their name and image on any advertising media, waiving any claims or compensation for this purpose.
• Winners must give proof of prize receipt, meaning that they will have to sign a paper giving consent for all the prize’s conditions, thus releasing the sponsor company from any responsibility.

4.THE RAFFLE:

Raffles for this promotion will be done weekly on Mondays, starting on Monday October, 22nd until December, 10th, 2007, except for the last raffle that will be carried out on Wednesday December, 19th, 2007. Raffles will be done electronically among all the participants who activated their codes according to the requirements of these rules. Two substitute winners must be chosen in each of the raffles and they will be called in the same order they were chosen, only if the benefited person cannot be found or does no comply with these rules, or if the information they bring does not match the information given at the time of participation, or if they just reject the prize or refuse to sign the document to accept it. In case the substitute winners (s) are called, they will have the same duties shown on these rules.

Should a favored code be activated by more than one person at the time of the raffle, the benefited person obtaining the price will be the person producing the IREX ADVANCE packing in any of the forms indicated, in good shape and with the sticker and the original code. THE SPONSOR will be capable of changing the place, time and date of the raffles in cases of unforeseen events or acts of God, as long as it is informed to the public through television or press publication.

Raffles will be carried out in front of a representative of the sponsor and a Notary Public, who will draft the corresponding statement.

The schedule to activate participation is 24 hours during the whole promotion term and it will be done through the call center (answering machine), except for the last promotional day.

The last day for activation will be December, 18th, 2007, at 23:59:59, i.e., 24 hours minus one second. Calls made after that date and time WILL NOT PARTICIPATE since the promotional term would have expired.

The person favored in each raffle will be contacted by the sponsor in order to verify their identity and information and to determine if they meet the necessary requirements to be announced as the winner. If the favored person cannot be located within 24 hours after the raffle or does not meet the statutory requirements in order to obtain the prize, it will be notated on the affidavit drafted for these purposes. Then, the first or the second substitute winner, as applicable, will be called and they will have the same duties and responsibilities as the favored person. The favored person will be announced as the winner once they accept the prize with all the conditions and limitations indicated on these rules, and as long as they sign the “prize acceptance” document.

Once the winners have been defined, the raffle results will be made public through the Press.

5.RESPONSIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS:

• The “RESTRICTIONS APPLIED” phrase on this promotion means that the participation of those interested, promotion and prizes are subject to conditions and limitations. These conditions and restrictions are indicated on these rules.
• Only people above 18 that have made the corresponding calls during the promotion’s term and that have activated the code will be able to participate in this contest.
• Winners must produce the IREX ADVANCE Detergent packing with the sticker on it and in good shape so that the activated code is legible.
• In order to claim the prize, winners must produce an original ID in good shape.
• Packing and ID documents must be ORIGINAL since no copies will be accepted.
• In order to participate, the packing code must be ACTIVATED over the phone; buying or having an IREX ADVANCE Detergent packing will not be enough.
• Data given at the time of participation, the winner’s ID and the product with the promotional code must completely match, otherwise, the prize will not be awarded.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for any other type of goods or services.
• Prizes are not redeemable or transferable to third parties, i.e., they must be claimed by the winner personally. Each prize will be awarded only to the winner, according to the data obtained by the Notary Public at the time of the raffle.
• In case winners do not accept their prize or its conditions, an affidavit will be drafted and it will indicate that they gave up the price, thus terminating any rights on it, without being able to make any kind of total or partial claim.
• Sponsor’s liability is limited to awarding the prizes offered in the corresponding sections of these rules; any other situation subsequent to the prize presentation will not be the sponsor’s responsibility.
• The sponsor company will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, damage, theft, etc. the winners could suffer on their way to pick up the prize and after their prizes have been awarded.
• The Sponsor will not take care of any expenses incurred by the favored persons to pick up the prize or to cash it.
• The sponsor company will be able to immediately suspend the current contest, without taking any responsibility, if any type of fraud or irregularity is detected. Should this happen, a public announcement will be made and the contest will be declared not valid and be ended as of the corresponding date.
• The sponsor company will not be held liable for any problems that could arise from prize misuse. It will not be held liable for any damages or losses caused by the winners, neither will accept liability for any lawsuits, trials or any legal actions resulting from their actions.
• Direct or indirect employees of the following companies will not be able to be benefited: IREX DE COSTA RICA CORP., DISTRIBUIDORA IREX CORP., SIGNOS CREATIVOS, ALIMENTOS DEL TROPICO DE COSTA RICA, ADUANERA IREX, FINCAS Y FINANZA CORP. and SERVI INDOOR CORP. and/or any other person related to the contest. Thus, employees’ relatives up to third a third degree of kinship and in-laws or spouses will not be able to participate either.
• Winners will not be able to claim other characteristics or conditions for the prizes than the ones specified in these rules and that were previously defined by the Sponsor Company.
• If a person did not provide the right data or obtained the prize via swindle, the sponsor will be able to claim the prize awarded to that person and it reserves the right to take the corresponding legal actions.

• Participants in this promotion are aware of the current rules and will adhere to them as of the moment they are calling 905-3003000.
• Any other issue that may arise during the contest not expressly indicated on the current rules will be solved by the sponsors, in compliance with Costa Rican Laws.
